The Amalfi coast is considered one of the 10 most beautiful roads in the world. This strip has a unique landscape and interesting towns. The area is known for growing lemons, as well as the various lemon products (such as lemoncello).
There used to be a port here, until a tsunami destroyed everything in the 14th century.
Amalfi has a beach, promenade, restaurants, and shops. A classic and good point is the pier. We reached it and sat for a while on the stones.
We got here by bus.
Relatively at the beginning of the route, before entering the forest itself, there is a building where we bought excellent frozen lemonade.
Basically there are several routes. At one point we decided to go back.

After the Corona period, there is an unusual load of visitors in the entire region. Check this before you arrive. In addition, there are various restrictions on the number of cars that can enter.Arrival
We arrived with a car, because we planned to continue our trip elsewhere when we finish. In practice we parked the car in the parking lot for the entire period. There are busy narrow roads in the place. We got around using buses and cruises. If you still choose to arrive by car, we parked here. Note that parking is not cheap.Amalfi

Positano
One of the popular towns on the Amalfi coast. The town has a beach, restaurants, and a nice market. We arrived by sailing from the town of Amalfi.
Ravello
Nice town at the top of the mountain. There is a wonderful view of the whole area from above as well as restaurants and shops. In addition there are 2 recommended villas to visit. We chose "Villa Rufolo". Entrance costs money. There is a beautiful botanical garden inside as well as a beautiful view of the area.We got here by bus.

In one of the days we wanted to go on a nature walk, around Amalfi. To get here we walked on foot in Amalfi towards the north, until we reached a staircase, where the route begins.
